LEGAL STATUS

1.1 By entering into an account with Spinshark Casino (the "Account"), the Player acknowledges that they are aware and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").1.2 The Player confirms that their jurisdiction allows them to access online gaming services.1.3 The Account is operated by Spinshark Casino N.V., a company registered in Curaçao with license number 8048/JAZ, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

5.1 Spinshark Casino operates a loyalty program (the "VIP Program") which rewards Players based on their gaming activity.5.2 To participate in the VIP Program, the Player must create an Account and meet the applicable wagering requirements.5.3 The terms of participation and redemption for the VIP Program shall be as specified by Spinshark Casino.

PAYMENT METHODS AND BANKING TERMS

6.1 The payment methods ("Payment Methods") accepted for making Deposits or withdrawals are subject to change without notice.6.2 The Player acknowledges that some Payment Methods may incur fees or charges, which shall be borne solely by the Player.6.3 Spinshark Casino reserves the right to reverse any transaction made through the Account if it determines such a reversal is necessary.

KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1 All transactions, deposits, withdrawals and Bonus awards are subject to verification procedures.7.2 The Player acknowledges that their Deposit or withdrawal may be restricted based on their jurisdiction.7.3 In the event of any dispute between Spinshark Casino and the Player regarding these T&Cs, Spinshark Casino's decision shall be binding.

COMMUNICATIONS WITH SPINSHARK CASINO

10.1 By submitting any information or feedback (the "Communication") to Spinshark Casino, the Player grants an unconditional license for use of such Communication.10.2 The Player acknowledges that Communications with Spinshark Casino may be subject to monitoring and recording.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11.1 These T&Cs are effective as of their date and shall remain in effect until modified or terminated by Spinshark Casino at its sole discretion, provided such modifications do not contradict applicable laws.11.2 The Player acknowledges that any changes will be communicated to them via email.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 In the event of a dispute, neither party may bring an action arising out of these T&Cs in court; instead both parties must attempt mediation and/or arbitration according to such rules as are then prevailing.12.2 If either party initiates litigation against the other without attempting mediation or arbitration first, then all costs associated with that process shall be borne solely by the initiating party.

GOVERNING LAW

13.1 These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.13.2 Each party agrees to submit any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions (the "Dispute") to a court which has jurisdiction over such Dispute.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE

14.1 English shall be considered the governing language for all purposes related to Spinshark Casino, unless otherwise specified by law.14.2 All written communication may also appear in other languages but their translation and interpretation are subject to change based on any available updated guidance from the court or relevant institutions.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

15.1 The Player acknowledges that these T&Cs govern all interactions with Spinshark Casino, including creation of an Account.15.2 By creating an account with us the player confirms that they have read and agreed to our terms of service and are allowed in their country.
